Both. We work directly with property management companies as the primary point of contact, coordinating with ownership as needed. Many of our PM clients have us on standing call for their portfolios — they contact us when work comes up and we handle it from there.

Can you handle multiple properties in the same portfolio?

Yes. We regularly work across multiple properties for the same property management company. Our project management systems are built to track multiple active jobs simultaneously, and we communicate clearly on each one so nothing falls through the cracks.

Do you handle emergency or urgent repairs?

We do our best to respond quickly to urgent situations. Contact us directly and we will assess availability and mobilization time based on the scope and location.
